"My husband and I decided to look for property to build a home. When we found the property, Jeff Pfent came to the location to discuss putting a modular home on it. As part of our decision process, we went by bus with several other couples on a tour of the factory. We were very impressed with the inside construction process. Shortly after the trip, we custom designed our home keeping in mind our eventual retirement needs and the fact that we have five grandchildren.
