Our professional sales staff will be happy to help you customize a home, and take care of pricing for you after you have determined what options you would like to see. At that point, the information gets passed to Charlene and she will customize one of the floorplans provided in our computer program, or start from scratch with you and design something you would like. After the floorplan is decided, it goes back to the customer for review or modification and then to the order process center at one of our plants. The order process takes approximately 4-6 months from the time the customer picks out their new home.
